Every effort is made to keep postal costs to a minimum. However, many of my items are handcrafted and very fragile. Therefore extra packaging IS required to keep your delicate order as safe as possible during transit. The cost of this packaging is reflected in the postage costs, so they will appear higher than standard postal charges.

tems are safer sent via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery - this includes but is not limited to the Design-a-Babes and Teddy Toppers range - Items are sorted, travel and are delivered separately to the normal standard or recorded mail. - The price of this service will vary according to the packaged weight of the item and is available upon request only

Important Information - The delivery times stated below are Royal Mail estimated delivery times. Please allow extra time for your item to be made and sufficiently dry to enable packaging and postage. Most items will have the estimated processing time stated alongside them. This is purely an option if you require an order to have a guaranteed delivery date or for fragile items. |
Handling Time - Every effort will be made to process your order within a reasonable time. In the case of handcrafted items, the time required to make and dispatch your item will be shown alongside or on the same page as the item itself. If you haven't received your item or had a dispatch email within this given time then please contact me in the first instance to let me know.
- During busy periods processing your order may take a little longer than normal.
- If you are in a hurry for your order, then please contact me first, before making your purchase to make sure that I am able to honour your request. In this case it may be a good idea to request Special Next Day Delivery.
- If you order and pay and I am unable to honour your request due to time constraints then a full refund will be made.
PLEASE NOTE
- Payment must be made in FULL (unless otherwise agreed), before I can begin the process of making handcrafted items, as these are made to order only. Please do not delay your order by delaying payment, I really do not want you to be disappointed if your item does not arrive in time for your celebration or event.
- I cannot be held responsible if your item is delayed in getting to you due to your payment being delayed, or due to any actions (industrial or otherwise) by the Royal Mail. Please see full terms and conditions
