My brief was to make a 'Quirky' Cake Topper to represent the couple on their very special day and to include a stringed instrument as the Bride Groom to be is a musician 

(oh and not forgetting the dog) 

The stone circle was made by the customer to represent the actual stone circle where the wedding ceremony took place.

This was a huge 2 foot square cake made by a customer for the very unique wedding of her daughter and son-in-law to be. 

Hi Dianne
the weather was very kind to us, no rain and dramatic clouds and odd shafts of sunlight that lit up the mountains, it was most spectacular. It really was a very happy wedding day for all concerned. They had had so much rain in the preceeding week that the field for the marquee was quite waterlogged so I ended up wearing my shoes to the stone circle and my pink wellies to the reception!!
